Be Part of the Water Crisis Solution
On Sunday, November 15th, come learn about the water crisis in California and arm yourself and your family with critical information on steps you can take to be part of the solution. This fascinating free information symposium, hosted by the Conejo/Las Virgenes Future Foundation, will feature local and regional experts, hands-on workshops, and a Vendor Fair of water conservation products and services of interest to homeowners.
“Water Crisis… You Can Be The Solution” takes place on Sunday, November 15 from 11AM-4PM at the Agoura Hills / Calabasas Community Center (27040 Malibu Hills Road, Calabasas). The Vendor Fair will be open from 11AM-4PM, and from 11AM-12PM you can hear the latest updates and participate in a Q&A session with local and regional officials on the State of California's water crisis. Workshops on efficient irrigation design, drought-resistant landscaping, and fire-wise landscaping take place three times each at 12:15PM, 1:15PM, and 2:15PM. Plan to stop in and learn how you can help, plus enjoy a free hotdog.
